Move your mouse over the image you want to upload. You should get the following information to popup over the photo’s icon.

Control-Click or Right-Click your mouse on the image icon you want to upload. Select “Get Info” to bring up the menu on the left. Make sure the “More Info” arrow is collapsed to see the information below.
